Stylized animation

I know, I know — this isn’t exactly industrial design
But I just couldn’t resist doing something more stylized in 3D, with a bit of animation flair.

I made:
3d models, UV maps, hand drawn textures and made animations.

Rendered in KeyShot, of course!

Nice! Really like such stylized textures. I’ve a bunch of those stylized smart materials for Substance Painter which are a nice base but haven’t done something with them yet. I currently like to play ‘RoadCraft’ and it has really detailed textures which are a bit of a blend between stylized and photo. Game is so slow and boring that you’ve plenty of time to look around

RoadCraft is on my wishlist, but I haven’t bought it yet :). I’ve been wanting to start working in a stylized style for a long time. And now I finally have time to give it a try. A new game in the style I like also came out recently — Wildgate. I might buy it to study the style more closely for myself.

Be careful with RoadCraft since it’s an absolute waste of time. I don’t play that many games but sometimes I like flying a bit with MSFS or something like Snowrunner/RoadCraft. For me it works really relaxing after a day of thinking it’s just that ‘let me finish that…’ in RoadCraft easily results in 1-2 hours gone… and I never found out where those hours went
